Short description

The Demo Boards of the DB 20 set are for the demonstration of immunity and interference emission phenomena.
The Demo Boards are designed for demonstrations of various EMC measurement devices such as spectrum analyzers and near-field probes, but also ESD and burst generators of all manufacturers.
Interference emission measurements with antenna are also possible.
Four different demo boards are included in the set. With these, electrical or magnetic coupling mechanisms of interference immunity or interference emission can be clearly shown.

The DB 20 set’s user manual presents various experiments and measurement set-ups using the development systems E1 Immunity and ESA1 Emission, the PT4 burst transformer and various near-field probes from Langer EMV-Technik GmbH.
These measurement set-ups are suggestions. The experiments and test set-ups can be simulated and modified in many ways with other measuring devices.
