The OB 100 Opto Box is used for optical signal transmission according to CAN- and LIN-standard (change-over switch). Via fibre optical cable the optical signals are transmitted to the distant station (either LIN 100 or CAN 100 probe head or a second Opto-Box). The LIN- or CAN-signals can be injected or led out via D-sub connectors or 2 laboratory sockets. The OB 100 power supply is realized either via an battery (4 x R6, not included), the delivered power supply unit or 2 laboratory sockets (12 V DC).
