RF E-Field Source up to 1 GHz
Short description
The P1501 RF E-field source tests the ICs in terms of their immunity under the influence of RF E-fields. The IC to be tested is tested while it is running.
The P1501 E-field source is operated in connection with a power amplifier and a RF signal generator.
Attention: The largest part of the fed power is reflected by the probe (no 50 Ω adaptation). The used power amplifier must be designed for it.
